I’m glad to present you the 2nd appointment with my english column on Peeking into Italy. As I told you last month, it’s about Italian Food (the real one!) and since Christmas is coming I wanted to share with you my Welcome-Merry-Christmas cocktail! It’s a recipe that everybody liked on my blog and I hope you will love it too.
It’s a Baccalà mantecato (Purèe of salted codfish), a beautiful recipe from Venice. Actually, the one you’re going to read is the version of mine, with potatoes and crispy vegetables. You can serve it on tarts or in a glass. It will be an original welcome cocktail for your guests, so you can keep on cooking for the big dinner!
